This helps hotel management monitor operations, revenue, occupancy, and guest activity from one centralized dashboard. The front office module allows hotel staff to manage reservations, group bookings, guest registration, check-in, check-out, room status, guest folios, company registration, arrival/departure reports, forecast reports, calendars, and contact messages. The system also includes room management features such as room types, room type images, rooms, block and floor management, room rates, amenities, taxes, blocked rooms, rate plans, and cancellation policies. The hotel forecast report helps management track occupancy percentage, rooms sold, ADR, RevPAR, room revenue, F&B revenue, daily forecast details, pickup summaries, and market segment performance. The reservation module allows staff to manage booking records with guest details, room categories, payment status, booking status, amount, and actions such as printing, editing, and cancellation.
